Pricing questions
Is SHUP8 really free to start?
Yes. You can open a shop on your own shup8.com address, add products and take orders on the free plan. You only pay if you want to connect your own domain or unlock higher plan limits.
How do I use my own domain?
Subscribe to a paid plan, add your domain in the admin panel and follow the simple DNS steps. Your shup8.com address keeps working as a backup.
What if I cancel my subscription?
Your custom domain is disconnected and your shop keeps running on its shup8.com address under the free plan. Your data remains yours and you can export it.
